Job Summary: We are looking for an IT Intern to support daily IT operations, including troubleshooting basic technical issues, managing user accounts, handling service desk tickets, and assisting with hardware deployment and maintenance.

Job Description:

• Service Desk Support

Efficiently managing and assisting the ticketing queue by resolving common issues such as creating/managing accounts, password resets and peripheral configurations.

• Hardware Lifecycle Management

Assisting in the physical deployment of workstations, performing basic hardware diagnostics, and conducting routine maintenance on PCs and peripherals.

• Hardware Fundamentals

Understanding of PC components (eg, RAM, SSD, Motherboard) and the ability to perform basic assembly or swaps

• Software Literacy

Basic understanding of Microsoft products and Google Workspace.Job Requirement:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Able to follow instructions and execute tasks according to departmental SOPs.
• Able to follow a logical troubleshooting process to identify the root cause.
• Good communication skills when dealing with non-technical staff members.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM1,200.00 per month
