Responsibilities
:
Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the reception in accordance with the Club's SOPs and service standards.
Attend to members' enquiries and provide accurate information and assistance in a professional and timely manner.
Handle members' feedback and complaints, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
Assist members with dining reservations, event bookings and general Club enquiries.
Maintain and update members' records, including processing absent membership and reinstatement applications.
Coordinate monthly Members' Connect Night and other member engagement activities.
Build rapport with members, understand their needs and provide personalised service to enhance their Club experience.
Promote the Club's programmes, activities and events to encourage member participation.
Assist with administrative duties and other member relations initiatives as required.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
:
Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in member relations, front office, customer service or hospitality.
Customer-oriented with a pleasant personality and a proactive approach to work.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with members and guests.
Experience interacting with expatriates or working in a private club or hospitality environment will be an advantage.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Good organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
