Perform mechanical benchwork & conventional machining according to work instructions and procedures. He/ she should set up and operates necessary tools to fabricate the components and parts while maintaining work safety & good housekeeping.

1. Perform mechanical benchwork according to instructions on the process plan to ensure quality is maintained throughout production.
2. To monitor individual work efficiency to ensure on-time delivery, quality and delivery performance in production.
3. Select, setup and operate the appropriate tools to carry out operation such as conventional milling, drilling, grinding and deburring with consistency when handling small-size components.
4. To actively participate continual improvement program.
5. Ensure workplace health and safety are applied and in place to minimize workplace accidents.

1. NITEC in Precision Engineering
2. 1 year of experience in manual machining operation and mechanical benchwork
3. Clear communication skills
