Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Admin to oversee warehouse administration, safety compliance (JKKP), 5S implementation, and warehouse expense control. This role ensures operational discipline, accurate stock recording, and cost monitoring within approved budgets.

Key Responsibilities1. Warehouse Operations & Inventory

• Record incoming goods accurately into the system
• Maintain proper filing and documentation
• Assist in stock monitoring and reconciliation

2. Warehouse Expense Monitoring

• Monitor warehouse operational expenses according to approved budget
• Record and track spending (tools, consumables, maintenance items, etc.)
• Prepare simple monthly expense summary report
• Highlight abnormal or over-budget spending to management

3. Purchasing Support (Warehouse Needs)

• Source and purchase small spare parts and consumables

(e.g. spray paint, small tools, safety helmet, PPE, minor hardware items)

• Compare supplier pricing when necessary
• Ensure purchases are properly documented and approved

4. JKKP & Safety Compliance

• Ensure warehouse operations comply with JKKP guidelines
• Maintain safety records and inspection documents
• Monitor safety practices among workers
• Support during safety audit or inspection

5. 5S & SOP Control

• In charge of warehouse 5S implementation and monitoring
• Conduct regular 5S checks
• Maintain and update warehouse SOP
• Issue internal memo / reminder when necessary
• Ensure workers follow approved procedures

Requirements

• Able to speak and read Bahasa Malaysia
• Prior experience with JKKP guidelines / safety compliance
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in warehouse admin or related role
• Familiar with inventory system and basic Excel reporting
• Organized, firm, and responsible
