Your new company

Your new role

  • Lead HR transformation and people consulting projects, including Change Management, Organisation Design, Role Design and HR Transformation.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, from understanding client challenges and developing solutions through implementation.
  • Partner with senior client stakeholders, providing strategic HR advice and practical recommendations to support business and workforce transformation.
  • Lead project teams and contribute to client proposals, business development and capability building.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong HR consulting / project consulting background, with relevant experience across Change Management, Organisation Design, Role Design and/or HR Transformation.
  • Proven consulting and client-facing experience, including managing senior stakeholders and delivering HR transformation projects.
  • Experience leading projects and teams, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive delivery.
  • Candidates should come from an HR consulting or transformation environment rather than purely operational HR.
