Job Description
Safely transport maintenance teams, equipment, and cleaning materials across various work sites in Singapore.
Supervise daily on-site maintenance and conservancy operations, ensuring work is completed on schedule and to quality standards.
Conduct site safety briefings, enforce workplace safety rules (WSH), and monitor workers' compliance.
Coordinate daily job orders, conduct site inspections, and liaise with clients/property officers on defect rectifications.
Maintain company vehicle in good running condition, ensuring proper maintenance and routine inspections.
Requirement
Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 / Class 4 driving license with a clean driving record.
Prior supervisory experience in building maintenance, conservancy, or civil/contractor operations.
Good leadership, communication, and on-site problem-solving skills.
Able to adapt to site operational schedules and handle multiple project locations.
