We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team as Part-Time Human Resources Assistants. You will support the HR team with daily administrative and recruitment-related tasks while gaining practical experience in human resource management.
This role is suitable for students, fresh graduates or individuals interested in learning more about HR and recruitment. No prior working experience is required, as training and guidance will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements.
Help screen applications and organise candidate information.
Assist with arranging and coordinating interview schedules.
Communicate with applicants regarding interview arrangements and updates.
Maintain and update employee and recruitment records.
Assist with general HR administrative tasks and documentation.
Support onboarding arrangements for new employees.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
No prior working experience required. Students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Interest in human resources, recruitment or administration.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Organised, responsible and attentive to detail.
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
