JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Match and verify invoices, debit notes, credit notes, purchase orders (POs), delivery orders (DOs), goods received notes (GRNs), and other supporting documents.
• Assist in updating and maintaining accurate records in the SQL Accounting System.
• Assist in preparing payment vouchers and compiling supporting documents for cheque payments.
• Ensure bills, payment vouchers, and other accounting documents are properly recorded and filed.
• Assist with daily accounting and administrative tasks within the Finance & Accounts Department.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Possess good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

NOTE:

• IMMEDIATE INTERNSHIP INTAKE – NOVEMBER 2026.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
