Conduct know your client (KYC) and client due diligence checks to verify client information and ensure regulatory compliance
Execute trade placement activities accurately to facilitate timely transaction processing
Manage client relationships by addressing inquiries and providing ongoing support to enhance client satisfaction
Deliver product training sessions to internal teams or clients to improve product knowledge and usage
Support special projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
Perform administrative duties in compliance with Monetary Authority of Singapore requirements as a Registered Representative
