DBiz is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Singapore Team in growing its recruitment efforts across the region. The role will support the hiring activities and ad hoc HR requirements. This role will be situated remotely in Kuala Lumpur and will report to the TA Lead (SEA) based in Singapore. The selected candidate will also make several work trips to Singapore across the calendar year.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Singapore-based and regional SEA roles
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and networking
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Advise on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in SEA
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication throughout the process
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports in ATS systems
• Support employer branding and talent pipelining initiatives for the region
• Ensure compliance with local and Singaporean hiring policies and data privacy regulations
• Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and external agencies as required

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any relevant studies
• 3–5 years in talent acquisition/recruitment, with regional (SEA) exposure
• Stakeholder management and interview coordination
• Familiarity with Singapore and SEA talent markets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter Search and other ATS Systems
• Employer branding or recruitment marketing
• Proficiency in additional SEA languages advantageous
• Prior experience hiring for Singapore-based roles preferred
