Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager + Scrum Master to support application development and technology delivery projects within a well-established financial services environment.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in application project management, Agile/Scrum practices, project planning, budget management and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT application projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate with application development teams, business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, timelines and project progress.
• Identify project risks, issues and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project status updates.
• Coordinate requirements gathering, testing activities and implementation plans.
• Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in IT Project Management and/or Scrum Master roles.
• Strong experience working with application development or software delivery teams.
• Good understanding of Agile, Scrum and project management methodologies.
• Proven experience in project planning, budget management and stakeholder coordination.
• Banking or financial services application project experience will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
