About The Job
- Manage and coordinate sustaining engineering projects, ensuring timely execution and minimal disruption to ongoing manufacturing operations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Operations, to monitor project progress and resolve operational challenges.
- Support manufacturing capacity planning, resource allocation, and production readiness for new and existing projects.
- Track project milestones, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency across manufacturing activities.
- Prepare project status reports, performance metrics, and management updates to support decision-making.
- Support NPI, product transfer, and sustaining activities, ensuring alignment with manufacturing capabilities and business requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of project engineering or project management experience within an electronics manufacturing environment.
- Strong exposure to PCBA, box-build, or cable assembly manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Experience managing sustaining projects, manufacturing improvements, product transfers, or NPI activities.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and resource management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project reporting; Power BI experience will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is advantageous.
