Position: Warehouse Admin

We are looking for an organised, responsible, and detail-oriented Warehouse Admin to support our daily warehouse operations and inventory documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily warehouse administrative tasks and documentation.
• Prepare and process delivery orders (DO), goods received notes (GRN), stock transfer records, and other warehouse documents.
• Perform data entry and update inventory records in the company's system.
• Ensure all stock movements are accurately recorded and documented.
• Assist in monitoring stock balances and investigating inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse, Purchasing, Production, and Sales teams on stock availability and delivery arrangements.
• Maintain proper filing of warehouse documents and inventory records.
• Assist in preparing stock reports and conducting regular stock reconciliation.
• Ensure warehouse documentation complies with company procedures and FIFO/FEFO requirements.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, or a related field.
• Minimum SPM qualification; a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience using inventory management systems or SQL accounting software is an advantage.
• Good data entry accuracy and documentation skills.
• Organised, systematic, and detail-oriented.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM4,400.00 per month
