We are seeking a Finance PMO professional to manage chargebacks for Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) services consumed by application teams. The role involves overseeing the chargeback lifecycle, establishing PMO governance, and coordinating tracking, reporting, and reconciliation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end chargeback and deduction management programme, including planning, milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Establish and maintain the PMO governance framework, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), responsibility assignment matrices (RACI), escalation procedures and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Conduct regular governance and progress reviews.
• Track the full chargeback lifecycle, including reporting, reconciliation, and resolution of outstanding items.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to manage dependencies and escalate issues.

Requirements

• Experience in Finance PMO or Technology Finance PMO.
• Hands-on experience in chargeback or cost allocation management.
• Strong experience in PMO governance, including defining and managing SOPs, RACI matrices, SLAs, and escalation frameworks.
• Strong tracking, reporting, reconciliation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to SRE, infrastructure, or technology services is preferred.
• Experience in banking or financial services would be an advantage.
