Basic computer skills and able to operate a POS system

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage

Friendly, patient, detail oriented and responsible

Willing to follow SOPs and work as a team

Experience in a hardware store or retail environment is an advantage

Operate the POS system and handle cashiering duties accurately

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

Coordinate with product-knowledgeable colleagues to help answer customer queries

Monitor queue and ensure customers are attended to promptly

Attend a 10-minute team briefing before store opening and a 10-minute handover meeting before end of shift

Follow store SOPs and maintain a tidy and organised work area
