Diploma or equivalent qualification in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or stock handling, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.

Knowledge of warehouse processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock control.

Familiar with FIFO/FEFO stock rotation and expiry date monitoring.

Experience in stock counting, inventory reconciliation, and warehouse documentation.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems or warehouse management systems (WMS).

Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate stock records.

Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with other departments.

Physically fit and able to handle warehouse operational tasks when required.

Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against Purchase Orders (PO), invoices, and Delivery Orders (DO).

Check the quantity, condition, quality, specifications, and expiry dates of products before acceptance.

Report damaged, expired, incorrect, or short-delivered goods to the relevant department.

Ensure goods are properly labelled and stored according to product type and storage requirements.

Maintain proper FIFO/FEFO stock rotation to minimize expiry, spoilage, and wastage.

Monitor inventory movements and ensure stock records are accurate and updated on a timely basis.

Conduct stock checks and assist with stock counts, inventory reconciliation, and investigation of discrepancies.

Prepare and pick stocks according to customer or channel orders, ensuring accuracy in quantity and product specifications.

Coordinate the preparation and staging of goods for delivery and dispatch.

Work closely with warehouse, buying, procurement, sales, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth stock movement and order fulfilment.

Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and hygienic warehouse environment.

Ensure compliance with Company policies, SOPs, food safety requirements, and workplace safety regulations.

Maintain proper warehouse documentation and records.

Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.
