• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or any related field.

• Candidates with experience in live streaming, e-commerce, retail sales, customer service, or social media content creation will have an added advantage.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in EnglishandBahasa Malaysia. Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

• Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking in front of a camera with a pleasant and engaging personality.

• Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills with the ability to interact effectively with online audiences.

• Passionate about social media, live streaming, and the e-commerce industry, with a willingness to learn new platforms and trends.

• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to meet sales target

• Must be willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours based on live streaming schedules and promotional campaigns.

• Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Sri Damansara.

• Assist in managing Shopee platform operations, including processing orders and handling sales-related documentation.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive customer experience.

• Support and participate in both online and offline sales events, promotional campaigns, and marketing activities.

• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure smooth daily operations.
