Part-Time Talent Acquisition / Participant Recruiter

Primary Responsibilities

• Participant Sourcing: Find, screen, and recruit suitable candidates to meet specific survey project criteria.
• Candidate Engagement: Maintain prompt, clear, and professional communication with applicants throughout the intake process.
• Event Representation: Attend designated recruitment events on an ad hoc basis (paid opportunity).

Eligibility:

• Singapore Citizens or PRs living in Singapore
• Local Diploma, GCE A-Levels, or equivalent (Overseas degrees accepted)
• Strong interpersonal skills, communicative, organized, and engaging
