We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

HR Assistant

to provide support in daily HR operations during a 5-month maternity cover.

Key Responsibilities:
Support recruitment and interview coordination

Assist with new hire onboarding and documentation

Support work pass applications, renewals and cancellations

Update employee records and HR system

Coordinate employee training and maintain training records

Assist with general HR administration and employee matters

Maintain proper filing of HR documents

Support other HR duties as assigned

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field

Basic HR knowledge or relevant experience is an advantage

Familiarity with Microsoft Office

Good communication and organizational skills

Detail-oriented, responsible and willing to learn

Able to commit for

5 months
