Kerja Sepenuh Masa, (Non Executive) Chargeman B4 11kV-33kV di Johor Plantations Group Berhad Johor - Maukerja

Qualification/Requirement:

1. Possess a valid Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) Chargeman B4 Certificate and be registered to operate 11kV/33kV electrical installations.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in power plants, substations, high-voltage electrical systems, or commissioning projects.
3. Knowledge of electrical safety practices, including PTW (Permit to Work), LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out), and ST regulatory requirements.
4. Competent in switching operations, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of 11kV/33kV electrical systems.
5. Able to read and interpret electrical drawings and documents, including Single Line Diagrams (SLD), schematics, and protection systems.
6. Good communication and coordination skills to work with project teams, contractors, consultants, and operations personnel during commissioning and plant operation activities.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the appointed 33kV/11kV Chargeman during commissioning and operation activities.
• Supervise all high-voltage electrical works, testing and energisation activities.
• Perform and coordinate switching operations, isolation and system restoration.
• Ensure compliance with ST requirements, electrical safety rules and site procedures.
• Verify PTW and LOTO implementation before commencement of work.
• Monitor system conditions and respond to operational abnormalities.
• Maintain switching records, commissioning reports, test records and electrical logs.
• Provide technical advice on electrical operation, troubleshooting and safety matters.
• Attend project and commissioning meetings and provide progress updates.
• Support successful commissioning, start-up and handover of electrical facilities.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Perform any duties assigned by the Power Plant Manager or Project Manager.
