Responsibilities:
  • Manage the development and enhancement of ZingKey’s HR SaaS products based on business and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with customers, Sales, and Implementation teams to understand HR processes, operational needs, and system requirements.
  • Prepare product requirements, PRDs, process flows, prototypes, and functional specifications for new features and enhancements.
  • Work closely with UI/UX, Development, and QA teams throughout the development and testing process.
  • Monitor product development progress and ensure features are delivered according to requirements.
  • Support the development of HR modules including Payroll, Attendance, Leave, Shift, Benefits, and Onboarding.
  • Review customer feedback, market developments, and competitor products to identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in product roadmap, release planning, and feature prioritisation.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SaaS, ERP, HRMS, or enterprise software products.
  • Experience with HR systems in the Singapore market is required.
  • Strong understanding of requirement analysis, business processes, and system workflows.
  • Ability to independently prepare PRDs, process flows, and product prototypes.
  • Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams.

Added Advantage:
  • Experience with HRMS, HCM, Payroll, or ERP products.
  • Familiarity with Singapore HR, Payroll, CPF, Leave, and Attendance processes.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS, multi-tenant systems, or complex enterprise software.
  • Previous experience in Implementation, Business Analysis, or Enterprise Software Consulting.
