Our client is a top-tier UK law firm with a significant global footprint seeking a Business Development Manager for their Singapore office.

About the Role

This is a managerial role within the firm's regional Marketing & Business Development function, based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver business development and marketing activity across the Singapore office
• Partner with practice leadership to develop annual business plans, budgets and campaign plans
• Lead on client development, profile raising, pitching and event management
• Act as lead point of contact for the practices internally
• Produce bespoke bids, panel pitches and client development presentations
• Manage client development plans and directory submissions
• Oversee practice/sector MBD budgets and report on ROI

Key Requirements

• Strong background in business development/marketing, ideally within a legal or professional services partnership environment
• Prior experience in Disputes would be advantageous
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Confident, commercial and persuasive, with sound judgement and initiative
• Strong project management skills across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Demonstrable experience managing and writing bids
