Diploma or Degree holder with a minimum CGPA of 3.00, any field of study. 

Background in Psychology, Business or related fields is an added advantage. 

Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English to effectively engage with students and parents.

Driven, energetic and motivated to achieve both personal and team goals.

Passionate about helping others and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.

Able to commit to a long-term career path and grow within the education industry.

Willing to work on weekends (when necessary) and during peak period.

Provide friendly, personalised support to students and parents via WhatsApp and other channels, including after-hours when needed. 

Weekend work and occasional travel may be required for events and during peak periods.

Provide personalised guidance to students in selecting suitable courses and universities based on their interests and goals.

Manage student enquiries and provide education counselling through online communication channels.

Follow up with prospective students throughout the application and enrolment journey.

Participate in school visits, education fairs, roadshows and other company events.

Build strong relationships with students and parents while delivering a professional and positive experience.

Work towards individual and team targets, with attractive commission opportunities for strong performance.
