You'll own paid advertising campaigns, manage budgets, analyse performance, and optimise website conversions to turn traffic into sales.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Performance Marketing & Paid Advertising

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopee Ads, Lazada Ads, TikTok Ads, and CPAS Ads.
• Develop media plans, manage advertising budgets, and recommend strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Monitor key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, conversion rates, and revenue contribution across all advertising channels.
• Identify underperforming campaigns, optimise spending, and scale high-performing campaigns.
• Analyse advertising performance across the website and marketplaces to identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, campaign structures, and messaging to improve advertising efficiency.

2. Data Analysis & Performance Reporting

• Track advertising spend, website traffic, conversions, revenue, and profitability.
• Analyse performance data to identify issues and recommend actionable solutions.
• Prepare performance reports, sales forecasts, and campaign reviews.
• Turn data into clear insights and growth recommendations—not just reports.

3. Creative Strategy & Growth

• Work with designers and content creators to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Recommend creative hooks, messaging angles, and campaign concepts based on data.
• Test different creatives, audiences, and approaches to identify what drives results.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and new opportunities to grow online sales.

4. Added Advantage: Website Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)

• Experience in Website Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) is a bonus.
• Ability to analyse website performance, customer shopping behaviour, and conversion drop-off points on *************
• Familiarity with improving landing pages, product pages, and checkout experiences to increase conversions and sales.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and strategies to improve conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and overall website performance.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or e-commerce advertising.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CAC, conversion rates, and advertising profitability.
• Experience using GA4, Shopify Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
• Familiarity with conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.
• Proactive, independent, and comfortable taking ownership of results.
