Role Overview
Manage process integration activities to improve device performance, yield, quality, and manufacturing efficiency. Work with cross-functional teams to develop, qualify, and optimise semiconductor processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimise integrated process flows for new and existing semiconductor products.
Monitor electrical performance, yield, and reliability to identify improvement opportunities.
Investigate process excursions, defects, and device failures, driving root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Collaborate with Process, Equipment, Device, Product, and Yield Engineering teams to resolve integration issues.
Plan experiments and analyse data to evaluate process changes and establish robust process windows.
Support technology transfers, new product introduction, process qualification, and production ramp-up.
Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with change control procedures.
For Senior/Principal levels, lead technical projects, mentor engineers, and drive integration strategy.
Requirements
Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication, process integration, device engineering, or yield improvement.
Understanding of semiconductor device fundamentals and manufacturing processes, such as lithography, etch, deposition, implantation, diffusion, and CMP.
Familiarity with electrical characterisation, failure analysis, SPC, DOE, and statistical data analysis.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
Senior/Principal candidates should demonstrate technical leadership and experience managing complex integration projects.
Appointment level will depend on relevant experience and technical expertise.
