Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and manage staff performance.
• Monitor budget, KPIs, and overall centre performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.
• Lead marketing and promotional activities to grow patient volume.
• Liaise with authorities and handle general administrative matters.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Healthcare Management, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in clinic, healthcare, or service operations management.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Experience in marketing, patient engagement, or business development is an advantage.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and licensing requirements is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
