Role Overview

The Business Analyst supports AI-enabled verification tool by translating officer workflows and validation requirements into business requirements and acceptance criteria. The role works with the Product Manager and Data Scientist to support MVP scope definition, officer review workflows and UAT.

Requirements & Qualifications

A. Educational Qualification & Experience
Education: A relevant qualification in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
Minimum relevant experience: At least 3 years of relevant business analysis experience
B. Technical & Professional Competencies

Mandatory Experience

·    Requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement

·    Business process analysis and workflow redesign

·    User stories, functional specifications and measurable acceptance criteria

·    Agile delivery and UAT support

·    Validation rule registers, decision matrices and confidence thresholds

Preferred Experience

·    AI / GenAI projects

·    Regulatory or compliance-based systems

·    Government ICT and GCC-hosted applications

·    SGTS tools including GitLab, Jira and Confluence

C. Soft Skills & Communication Attributes

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess officer workflows, identify gaps and translate business needs into clear requirements and measurable acceptance criteria. Good organisational skills and attention to detail to maintain requirements, validation rules and UAT documentation. Clear written and verbal communication, active listening and facilitation skills to clarify requirements and build a shared understanding among technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively the Product Manager, Data Scientist and technical delivery team.

Key Responsibilities

·    Confirm the MVP scope, workflows, document types, validation approach and test data and the Product Manager

·    Develop the Validation Rules Register and related business requirements

·    Support UAT planning, execution and acceptance activities

·    Document AS-IS and TO-BE workflows

·    Design the officer review workflow and human-AI interface with the Product Manager and Data Scientist
