Role Description:

This is a full-time, site-based position located in Semerah, Batu Pahat, Johor. We are seeking an organized, mature, and highly accountable General Clerk to join our team. This role handles vital back-office clerical duties at our main office in Semerah and requires occasional visits to active project sites to assist with field documentation. The General Clerk will provide administrative and documentation support to the site team and assist with the day-to-day coordination of project-related matters.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Civil Engineering, or Certificate from IKM / KKTM; OR
• SPM holder with at least 1 year of working experience in electrical contracting/construction
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Good attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Previous experience in an electrical contractor or construction environment is an advantage.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or the ability to prepare as-built drawings will be an added advantage.
• Trustworthy, disciplined, responsible, ethical, and punctual.
• Possess a valid driving license and own transportation.
• Must be able to work at our office in Semerah, Batu Pahat, and be ready to visit any active work sites.

• Statutory Protections: EPF (KWSP), SOCSO (PERKESO), and EIS (SIP) contributions; Tax deduction if applicable
• Leave Entitlements: Paid annual leave, medical leave, and public holiday compliance.
• Travel Compensation: Mileage/travel claim provided for all active work site visits outside the Semerah office.
• Probation Baseline: Standard [3- or 6-month] probation assessment period.

Pay: RM1,750.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
