COMPANY BACKGROUND

Arena Edu Ventures is an education and career solutions company operating through JanaKerja, a platform that connects students and job seekers with education opportunities, career programs and employment pathways. We provide professional guidance, recruitment support and industry-focused solutions to help individuals enhance their skills and achieve their academic and career goals.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Design and implement comprehensive paid media strategies to drive marketing and sales goals.
  • Conduct in-depth research on audience behavior, market trends, and relevant Oil and Gas and Maritime keywords.
  • Strategically allocate and manage ads spend across multiple digital platforms.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search & Display).
  • Analyze campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, conversions) and generate performance reports.
  • Build and maintain custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences for better ad targeting.
  • Contribute to the creation of lead generation funnels.
  • Monitor ads and benchmark performance for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain data records, performance dashboards, and reporting systems.
  • Monitor data accuracy and improve data management processes.

Requirements :

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, E-commerce or any related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing digital ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Familiarity with consumer behavior within the education/training sector.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple campaigns effectively.
  • Creative thinker with a knack for turning performance insights into strategic actions.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
