Responsibilities
Prepare and present food orders with attention to detail and quality.
Follow recipes accurately: slicing, chopping, mincing, stirring, mixing, and seasoning ingredients.
Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients and cooking equipment.
Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and storage procedures are followed.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen to support efficient operations.
Monitor ingredient and stock levels; place orders when supplies are low.
Ensure all ingredients and final products are fresh and properly stored.
Rotate groceries and ingredients according to expiration dates (FIFO).
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements
Candidate with Halal / Indian/ Western cuisine experience are welcome to apply.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
Culinary certification or relevant training is a plus.
