Sale Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervisor in planning and managing daily healthcare awareness events.
• Conduct health awareness campaigns and educate the public about healthcare products and healthy lifestyles.
• Demonstrate healthcare equipment and explain product benefits professionally.
• Lead and guide a small event team to achieve daily sales and service targets.
• Ensure every customer receives friendly, professional, and excellent service.
• Train and coach new team members on communication, product knowledge, and event operations.
• Monitor team attendance, discipline, and daily performance.
• Handle event booth setup, stock management, and ensure the booth is well-organized.
• Prepare simple daily reports and provide updates to the Supervisor.
• Work closely with the management team to improve event performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Leadership potential and responsible.
• Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided).
• Own transportation is an advantage.
