• Key Responsibilities:
• Design, configure and implement enterprise network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls and wireless networks.
• Translate customer requirements into practical technical designs and implementation plans.
• Provide pre-sales technical support, including solution proposals, technical discussions and project scoping.
• Deliver post-sales support, including troubleshooting, incident resolution and maintenance services.
• Manage network changes, upgrades and migrations, with appropriate testing and minimal disruption to customer operations.
• Prepare and maintain network diagrams, configuration documentation, implementation procedures and service records.
• Work closely with customers, vendors and internal engineers to deliver projects and meet service commitments.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Approximately 4–5 years of relevant experience in enterprise networking, with proven hands-on design, implementation and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Strong practical experience with Cisco, Fortinet and/or HPE Aruba products and solutions.
• Sound knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls and wireless networking.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Good communication and documentation skills, with a professional, customer-focused approach.
