We're hiring: Factory Manager | Pandano | Singapore (On-site, Full-time)

Pandano crafts premium treats inspired by Singaporean heritage flavours like pandan and kaya, reimagined for today's local and international audiences. We're growing, and we're looking for a hands-on Factory Manager to run our production floor.

What you'll do

•⁠ ⁠Plan and manage daily production schedules to hit output targets

•⁠ ⁠Lead a small production team and arrange shift rosters

•⁠ ⁠Enforce quality control so every batch is consistent and safe

•⁠ ⁠Act as our Food Hygiene Officer and keep us SFA-compliant

•⁠ ⁠Monitor equipment, manage inventory and reduce waste

•⁠ ⁠Work with leadership on capacity planning and new product launches

What we're looking for

•⁠ ⁠WSQ Food Safety Course Level 3 (Food Hygiene Officer) and Level 1

•⁠ ⁠3+ years in food manufacturing or FMCG, with at least 1 year leading a team

•⁠ ⁠Strong production planning and quality control skills

•⁠ ⁠Confident taking charge on the floor and solving problems on the spot

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets or basic ERP tools

•⁠ ⁠Able to work on-site in Singapore

Nice to have

•⁠ ⁠HACCP or ISO 22000 knowledge

•⁠ ⁠Experience with confectionery, bakery or kaya/pandan products

•⁠ ⁠Diploma or degree in food science, engineering or operations

• Salary: S$3,500 to S$4,000 per month, based on experience
