Roles and Responsibilities

Job scope:

• Provide courteous and efficient services to the customers
• Attend and respond to customers' needs promptly and professionally
• Respond to customer complaints and inquiries
• Provide positive customer service in all areas
• Manage and take all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied customers into return customers
• Meet and greet customers at all time
• Advise and promote to customers
• Adhere to operation's standard operating procedures
• Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, approachable and customer-oriented personality
• Able to work independently and a good team player
• Able to handle customer and domestic helper complaints and enquiries patiently and professionally
• Training will be provided for candidates without experience
• Preferably with CEI certificate
