Key responsibilities

• Support the recruitment and selection process, including job advertising, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding of new employees
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accurate documentation and confidentiality in accordance with relevant legislation
• Assist with the administration of payroll, benefits, and leave management processes
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
• Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters
• Prepare HR reports and documentation as required by management
• Assist with performance management processes and employee appraisals
• Support compliance with employment legislation and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to training and development programmes for employees
• Foreign Worker Managements such as coordinate recruitment and onboarding with compliances government regulations ; manage foreign worker documentations ; Ensure compliance with labor laws and foreign worker regulations.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
