What you’ll do

• Reach out to prospective candidates through daily calls and messages.
• Introduce career opportunities, handle initial questions and arrange interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules and confirm attendance.
• Maintain accurate records and take ownership of interview-setting targets.

Daily outbound calling is a core part of this role.

Who we’re looking for

You’re confident speaking with new people, organised in your follow-ups and motivated by clear targets.

Experience in recruitment or telemarketing is an advantage. Familiarity with spreadsheets, WhatsApp Business or LinkedIn will also help.

• Salary: Basic + Commission
• No experience Needed
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
