Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced OutSystems Developer / Technical Lead to design, develop, and support enterprise applications that enable business digitalization. This is a hands-on technical role requiring strong OutSystems 11 (O11) development experience, combined with solution architecture, system integration, application governance, and technical leadership capabilities. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver secure, scalable, maintainable, and high- performing applications.

Main Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise applications using OutSystems 11 (O11).
• Develop Reactive Web Applications, reusable modules, components, services, and application workflows.
• Define solution architecture, application structure, data models, and integration approaches.
• Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, databases, and enterprise platforms.
• Conduct technical design and code reviews and ensure adherence to OutSystems development best practices.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, database, and performance issues.
• Manage application lifecycle activities covering development, SIT, UAT, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure solutions meet application security, performance, audit, documentation, and governance standards.
• Provide technical oversight for solutions delivered by external vendors.
• Mentor developers and drive reusable components, coding standards, technical governance, and continuous improvement.
• Explore opportunities to incorporate AI, automation, and Microsoft Copilot technologies into enterprise applications.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Softwarem Engineering, or related discipline
• More than.4 years of enterprise application development experience, with strong hands-on OutSystems experience.
• Strong experience with OutSystems 11 and Reactive Web Development.
• Experience developing and supporting production-grade OutSystems applications.
• Strong knowledge of OutSystems architecture, application lifecycle management, and development best practices.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, databases, system integration, and application security.
• Experience in performance optimization, troubleshooting, code reviews, and technical design reviews.
• Good understanding of SDLC, DevOps, release management, SIT, UAT, and production support.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on in application development.

Advantageous Skills

• Experience with OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC).
• OutSystems Professional Web Developer / Associate Reactive Developer certification.
• Experience integrating OutSystems with SAP, Microsoft 365, Azure, or other enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, automated testing, and application monitoring.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Generative AI, Azure AI, or intelligent automation.
