Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Officer – Credit Control - Accounts Receivable (AR) di TN Elevator & Equipment Services Johor - Maukerja

Working Location: Tiong Nam Logistics, Kempas

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the accounts receivable (AR) cycle, including invoicing, payment collection, account reconciliation and outstanding balance monitoring.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, payment disputes and customer account queries in coordination with relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records and ensure proper documentation of all collection activities.
• Prepare regular reports on outstanding debts, collection performance, overdue accounts and ageing analysis for management review.
• Support month-end closing activities, including AR reconciliation and preparation of relevant financial reports.
• Perform other finance and accounting-related duties as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable or a similar accounting role. Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications may also be considered.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, accounts receivable processes and credit control procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software or ERP systems.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
