Our client is a well-backed business building a new global platform headquartered in Singapore. With an established presence across several international markets and further expansion underway, the organisation is investing in the infrastructure and capabilities required to scale effectively. It is seeking an experienced Global Head of HR Operations to establish a robust, technology-enabled HR operations function for its growing international workforce.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will build and lead the global HR Operations function, with responsibility spanning HR systems, data and analytics, payroll, employee lifecycle processes and operational governance. In a greenfield environment, you will design the operating model, establish scalable processes and controls, and select and manage external partners including payroll and other HR service providers. You will establish global service standards, SLAs and KPIs, leveraging technology and data to drive efficiency, consistency and a strong employee experience. As a member of the HR leadership team, you will bring a forward-looking perspective to broader people and business decisions, ensuring the HR operations infrastructure is equipped to support the organisation as it scales.

Requirements

You are an experienced HR Operations leader with a strong track record of building and scaling HR operations across international markets. You bring broad expertise across HR systems, data, payroll, vendor management and operational governance, ideally gained within both large, complex multinational organisations and start-up, scale-up or transformation environments. Strategic yet highly hands on, you have designed operating models, established service standards and built scalable infrastructure from the ground up. Commercially astute and credible with senior stakeholders, you have the judgement and confidence to challenge constructively and influence decisions, while maintaining strong execution and operational discipline.
