Key Roles
Manage school/student ICT devices (loans, apps, troubleshooting, restoration)
Supervise Desktop Engineers; assist staff/students with technical support
Support ICT procurement and liaise with external vendors
Manage ICT accounts and password resets
Update the official school website
Coordinate procurement, installation, and maintenance of AV equipment
Manage operations and maintenance of the Media Studio
Conduct quarterly AV stock-takes and report damages/losses
Help teachers set up and troubleshoot AV equipment
Provide AV support for events
Assist Media Club CCA in logistical and technical matters
Manage and update the TV Messaging System
Take, edit, and process photos for publications
Conduct ICT training for students and teachers
Perform other assigned ICT-related duties
Requirements
Diploma in IT or related field
Team player with good communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
Familiar with operating and maintaining ICT & AV equipment/applications in a school
Preferably
3 years' coaching experience
in ICT-related programmes
