Kerja Sepenuh Masa Payroll Executive, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di KiN Hospitality Management Federal Territory - Maukerja

We are looking for a dedicated Payroll Executive to take full ownership of payroll for our entities in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end monthly payroll for multiple Malaysian entities accurately and on time
• Compile attendance, overtime, allowances, claims, deductions and other payroll adjustments
• Prepare and submit monthly statutory contributions and filings: EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB
• Prepare year-end documents, including EA Forms
• Reconcile payroll reports, resolve discrepancies and respond to employee payroll queries
• Prepare payroll summaries and the consolidated payroll amount for Finance to process payment
• Maintain accurate payroll records and keep all salary information strictly confidential
• Keep up to date with statutory and Employment Act requirements, and ensure compliance
• Support audits and assist the HR team where required

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 2 years of hands-on payroll experience in Malaysia
• Good knowledge of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB (LHDN) and the Employment Act 1955
• Experience handling payroll for more than one company or entity is an advantage
• Hospitality or multi-site experience is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with HRMS or payroll software
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to meet strict monthly deadlines
• Able to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
