Logistics Manager - FMCG (Red ID: 37560)

【 Responsibilities 】

• Oversees strategic planning, budget management, and team supervision
• Overseeing receiving, warehousing and distribution operations
• Operations Management: Plan, manage, and evaluate daily logistics operations, including inbound/outbound transportation and fleet management
• Cost Control & Strategy: Negotiate rates with carriers and providers to minimize transportation costs and improve financial performance
• Inventory & Warehouse Control: Coordinate with warehouse teams to manage stock levels, warehouse layout, and inventory accuracy to optimize fulfillment
• Performance Metrics (KPIs): Monitor key metrics such as On-Time In-Full (OTIF)
• Compliance & Risk: Ensure compliance with safety protocols (OSHA)
• Process Improvement: Implement Lean principles and technology solutions to maximize supply chain efficiency
• Others: Act as a safety member for the Company
• Assisting with deliveries where require
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

【 Requirements & Preferences 】

• At least 3–5 years of proven experience in logistics, wholesale distribution, retail supply chain, or warehouse management
• Experience managing approximately 20 to 35 employees
• Strong proficiency in logistics and warehouse management software (WMS/TMS) and inventory tracking tools
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills, with an ability to adapt quickly to market disruptions
• Available to work extended hours when required

(Advantageous)

• Ability to operate a forklift
• Valid driver’s license
