IT Sales Account Manager – Managed Services
S$3,500–S$5,000 per month plus commission
Full-time | Singapore | Hybrid, with customer meetings as required

Our client, a managed IT services provider, is looking for an IT Sales Account Manager to win new business and grow existing accounts. You’ll work with technical colleagues to develop proposals, lead customer conversations and close opportunities across managed services, cloud, cybersecurity and infrastructure.

This role combines new-business development with account growth, giving you ownership from the first conversation through to renewals and service expansion.

What you’ll do

• Build your pipeline through prospecting, referrals and partner relationships.
• Understand customer needs and work with technical teams on suitable solutions and proposals.
• Manage presentations, quotations, negotiations and contract closure.
• Grow accounts through renewals, cross-selling and recurring managed-services opportunities.
• Build relationships with business owners, IT decision-makers and technology partners.
• Work towards sales and gross-profit targets, with clear CRM records, forecasts and follow-up.

What you’ll bring

• At least two years of relevant IT solutions or technology-services sales experience.
• Sales experience within a system integrator, with a track record in managed services, IT support, outsourcing or recurring technology services.
• Experience winning new customers and developing existing accounts.
• A practical understanding of cloud, cybersecurity, networks, servers and infrastructure solutions.
• Strong discovery, presentation, proposal-writing and negotiation skills.
• Consistent follow-through and ownership of your sales pipeline and targets.
