Job Descriptions

1. Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across APAC markets.

2. Proactively generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry events.

3. Manage the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting and client engagement to product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing.

4. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue objectives.

5. Identify client needs in regulatory compliance, AML, and risk management, and position suitable solutions.

6. Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Product teams to deliver tailored solutions and proposals.

7. Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline reports.

8. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

1. 4–7 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in RegTech, FinTech, SaaS, Banking, Payments, or Digital Assets.

2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new clients.

3. Strong experience in end-to-end enterprise sales, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.

4. Experience selling solutions to financial institutions, FinTech companies, payment providers, or regulated businesses is preferred.

5. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

6. Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of independently managing a sales pipeline.

7. Experience in APAC markets is an advantage.
