Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Corporate Development Manager – Investments - Strategic Growth di Space Executive - Maukerja

We are partnering with an established Singapore-headquartered business group to appoint a Corporate Development Manager to support its investment activities, M&A transactions and strategic growth initiatives. This is a commercially focused role offering exposure to investment evaluation, transaction execution and corporate strategy, with direct interaction with senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities, acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct financial modelling, valuations and commercial assessments of potential investments.
• Manage due diligence processes and support transaction structuring, negotiations and execution.
• Undertake market research and strategic analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
• Prepare investment proposals and recommendations for senior management and Board-level review.
• Monitor existing investments and support portfolio optimisation and strategic initiatives.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors on transactions and business expansion.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory or Management Consulting.
• Sector experience in real estate, infrastructure, construction, industrials, logistics or related asset-intensive businesses is highly advantageous.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and investment analysis capabilities.
• Demonstrable experience in M&A, investment evaluation and transaction execution.
• Excellent commercial judgment, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or a related discipline. CFA, CAIA or MBA qualifications would be advantageous.
