Japanese-Speaking Finance Analyst (P2P / O2C / R2R)

Location: Kuala Lumpur / Petaling Jaya (Hybrid working arrangement may be available depending on business needs, team requirements, and performance)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Salary: RM9,000 – RM13,000/month(Inclusive of language allowance)

*Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Procure to Pay (P2P) Analyst

Order to Cash (O2C) Analyst

Record to Report (R2R) Analyst

Procure to Pay (P2P) Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and code invoices in the Accounts Payable system

• Handle inventory and non-inventory invoices

• Process PO and non-PO invoices

• Manage debit/credit notes and intercompany invoices

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines

• Experience using accounting systems

• English proficiency (CEFR B1 or above)

• SAP and/or Oracle experience is an advantage

• Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or above)

Order to Cash (O2C) AnalystKey Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Receivable collections and overdue accounts

• Resolve customer billing disputes and payment issues

• Conduct outbound collection calls while maintaining strong customer relationships

• Analyze and address causes of payment delays

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience

• Knowledge of accounting systems

• SAP and/or Oracle experience preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• English proficiency (CEFR B1 or above)

• Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or above)

Record to Report (R2R) Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end closing and financial reporting activities

• Prepare journal entries and intercompany transactions

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred

• ACCA or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage

• Minimum 1 year of RTR or Financial Accounting experience

• SAP and/or Oracle experience preferred

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• English proficiency (CEFR B1 or above)

• Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or above)
