Job description

Develop new B2B customers across HORECA, food service, catering, supermarkets and retail.

• Prospect through calls, customer visits, referrals, networking, market research and events.
• Build relationships with buyers, chefs, purchasing teams and key decision-makers.
• Present products, arrange samples/trials, follow up quotations, negotiate and convert prospects into orders.
• Grow existing accounts through repeat orders, additional SKUs and new sales opportunities.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and track leads, quotations, trials and conversions.
• Support product/SKU launches, promotions, festive campaigns, sampling and customer engagement activities.
• Monitor competitor pricing, products, packaging, promotions, market trends and customer demand.
• Follow up campaign leads and product trials, turning customer interest into sales opportunities.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years' experience in Sales, Business Development or a customer-facing commercial role.
• Experience in HORECA, F&B, Food Service, FMCG, Fresh Produce, Supermarket or Retail is advantageous, but candidates with strong transferable sales experience from other industries are encouraged to apply.
• Suitable mid-career candidates looking to transition into the food, fresh produce and agri-food sector are welcome to apply
• Proven ability in new customer acquisition, prospecting and account development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, commercially driven and comfortable with field sales and customer visits.
• Basic Excel / Google Sheets / email / WhatsApp skills.
• Own vehicle preferred for customer and market visits.

Pay: $4,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month
