Role Description The Telemedicine Doctor will provide remote mental health and wellness consultations to clients via secure video or audio platforms in a part-time capacity. This role includes conducting comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, offering follow-up care, and collaborating with therapists and other providers to coordinate holistic support. The Telemedicine Doctor will document clinical interactions accurately, maintain high standards of confidentiality and ethics, and adhere to relevant regulatory and professional guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities also include managing a flexible online schedule, using digital tools for communication and record-keeping, and participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance client care. This is a part-time, fully remote role, allowing the clinician to deliver care from any location with reliable internet access.

Qualifications

• Relevant medical degree (MD, DO, MBBS, or equivalent) with appropriate licensure or registration to practice in one or more jurisdictions.
• Training and experience in psychiatry, behavioral medicine, or mental health care, including assessment and management of common conditions such as anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship issues.
• Strong clinical skills in patient evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions within a telemedicine or virtual care setting.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms, electronic health records, and digital communication tools, with a commitment to data privacy and security.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain clinical information clearly and build rapport in remote consultations.
• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds, regions, and identities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a part-time remote caseload effectively and reliably.
• Comfort working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment with therapists, coaches, and wellness professionals.
• Prior experience in telemedicine or online mental health services is highly preferred.
