Tanggungjawab

Work Location: Miri / Bintulu

Contract Duration: 12 months

Qualification:

  • Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant engineering and commissioning experience, including at least 3 years in a similar position.
  • Must be registered as a member of the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM), as required by the client.


Responsibility

  • Develop commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules for electrical systems.
  • Assist the package commissioning team during commissioning and start-up activities.
  • Prepare package work packs and procedures related to commissioning and start-up.
  • Ensure compliance with project quality procedures, including document control, change control, materials control, field inspection, and testing procedures.
  • Coordinate electrical testing, inspection, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities.
  • Prepare and manage turnover documentation for the formal handover of completed systems to the Operations team.
  • Provide technical support to resolve electrical issues during commissioning and start-up.
  • Ensure all activities comply with applicable electrical standards, design codes, project specifications, and oil and gas industry practices.


Professional skill

  • Good knowledge of international electrical and instrumentation standards.
  • Competent in testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
  • Familiar with engineering design codes, industry standards, and oil and gas construction practices.
  • Knowledge of document control, change control, materials control, field inspection, and testing procedures.
  • Strong troubleshooting, coordination, and technical documentation skills.
