Manager / Assistant Manager x1

Salary: $22.20–$28.40/hour (approx. $4,041–$5,169/month)

Contract Duration: 3 months

️ Contract Period: Immediate start

Working Hours: 42 hours per week

Working Days: Monday–Friday

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in procurement practices and processes.

• Knowledge of procurement policies and procedures is advantageous.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills.

• Meticulous with good attention to detail.

• Able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

• Self-driven with a continuous improvement mindset.

• Good interpersonal skills and able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and manage procurement activities, including tenders and contract variations.

• Prepare procurement documents, including requirement specifications and evaluation criteria.

• Work with internal teams to develop project scopes and requirements for services, equipment and infrastructure projects.

• Obtain quotations and prepare funding documents for budget approval.

• Conduct market research and engage suppliers to understand market conditions and capabilities.

• Develop procurement specifications and supporting documents for tender exercises.

• Evaluate tender submissions, prepare recommendations and coordinate with stakeholders on project implementation.

• Monitor procurement activities to ensure compliance with established procedures and achieve value for money.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
